Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive – min 3-4 years PQE (Gloucester/Hybrid/Fully Remote)

To deliver high quality legal services to clients with Personal Injury claims, from an existing mixed caseload, and supporting the team in meeting its operational and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
Client Work and Case Management
• Conduct initial client consultations and triage new enquiries.
• Advise and liaise with clients on all aspects of personal injury matters.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring effective and timely progression of files.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate settlements in line with client objectives.
• Support networking and business development to grow commercial workflows.
• Review and manage WIP and client funding on ongoing matters.
• Achieve monthly and annual fee earning targets.
• Assist with debt collection as required.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Maintain well organised and up to date files.
• Use DPS for all correspondence and ensure consistent usage across the team.
• Apply strong IT skills to support daily tasks.
• Record and manage calls, enquiries, and follow up actions.
• Ensure full compliance with internal standards and procedures.
• Review and manage WIP, budgets and client financing on ongoing matters.
• Achieve monthly and annual fee earning targets.
