Fixed Fee Probate Solicitors
We understand how confusing and stressful dealing with the estate of someone who has passed away can be, especially at a time when you are already coping with the emotional impact of their passing.
Tayntons highly experienced probate solicitors in Gloucester can help you through this difficult process by obtaining the Grant of Probate on your behalf for a fixed price without any hidden extras.
This allows us to offer you the highest quality advice and empathetic support for dealing with your loved ones’ estate, making your life easier while giving you certainty over the costs involved.
Our fees are based upon the time we spend carrying out all the work that is required to administer the estate. The time spent will include all the meetings we have with you and others, as well as time spent working on the estate, drafting documents, telephone calls, letters and traveling.
The exact cost will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter. For example, if there is one beneficiary and no property, costs will be at the lower end of the range. If there are multiple beneficiaries, a property and multiple bank accounts, costs will be at the higher end. We will handle the full process for you.
