Melanie joined Tayntons in 2011 and has since gained extensive experience across the firm, holding positions in Customer Support and as a Claims Handler within the Personal Injury department. In May 2014, she was appointed New Business Manager, a role in which she continues to drive client engagement and business growth.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Melanie is passionate about supporting Tayntons’ clients and contributing to the firm’s ongoing success. She has also invested in her professional development, completing an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration in 2014.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending quality time with her young family, often exploring new places and enjoying days out together.
