Samantha oversees the practice management of Tayntons on a daily basis with a main focus on
- recruitment and induction
- people development
- improving policies, procedures and workflows, and supporting the management framework to help the firm develop operational efficiencies, client services, manage risk effectively and reduce risks
Sam is very approachable, easy to talk to and always happy to help. She has a practical approach to problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude. She is committed to delivering quality services to clients, improving working practices and developing policies and procedures.
Sam graduated at the University of Gloucestershire in 2012 and has a National Diploma in Higher Education. She is also a member of both the Institute of Leadership Supervisory Management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Sam is passionate about giving back to the local Gloucestershire community. Sam is a Member of the Maggies Fundraising Board and is on the committee for Cheltenham Luncheon Business Club. She has also been the Honorary Secretary and Treasurer for the Gloucestershire Root Fruit & Grain Society since 1991 which aims to promote excellence through competitions. An avid Gloucester Rugby fan, Sam loves to get involved with all events in the local area bringing together local businesses.
