I joined Tayntons in June 2026 after previously working at Ringrose Law and Irwin Mitchell.
I have 30 years’ experience representing Claimants who have sustained serious injury as a consequence of negligence in their care. The types of cases I deal with are birth injury, spinal injury, brain injury, sepsis and delayed diagnosis of cancer. I take on cases against NHS Trusts, General Practitioners and the private sector.
I have successfully negotiated significant settlements for clients in a wide range of medical cases. My focus is always on achieving the very best for my clients and their families, to allow them to build a positive future.
My extensive experience and knowledge allows me to support clients from the start of their claim to conclusion, helping them get through what can be the most difficult of times.
I have first class analytical skills, which can turn a complex and difficult case into being successful.
I have settled a case involving the delayed diagnosis of cauda equina syndrome and secured damages of 2.4 million pounds. I have also recently been successful in achieving a more significant settlement on a case that was worth half the amount and successfully settled a large amount of cases involving the breast surgeon Ian Paterson, who performed numerous unnecessary operations and caused the deaths of many women.
I can represent clients at Inquests and can help bereaved families and interested parties navigate the Coroner’s Court process, gather evidence and question witnesses.
