Sophie Hinks joined Tayntons in 2017 and is a Paralegal in the Personal Injury department.
Sophie has over 5 years experience dealing with personal injury and medical negligence claims, having previously worked at Thompson & Bancks Solicitors.
In 2015, Sophie started her CILEx qualification and hopes to qualify as a Legal Executive in 2020. She has achieved the Level 3 Certificate in Law & Practice to date.
Previously, Sophie has dealt with all types of personal injury claims including; employers liability, public liability and road traffic accidents on both the Claimant and Defendant side. Sophie also has experience in dealing with medical negligence cases for Claimants.
Sophie particularly enjoys dealing with complex personal injury cases, such as fatalities, claims brought on behalf of children and medical negligence cases such as misdiagnosis and birth injury.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys being outdoors and competing with her two horses; Georgie and Humble.
