“Many of my clients are at an exceptionally difficult time of their lives and I enjoy being able to make a real difference to them”.
Sarah works on a range of cases in both personal injury and clinical negligence, from Road Traffic Accidents to complex clinical negligence cases. She takes the time to get to know her clients to really understand their needs and how she can provide assistance during litigation. Sarah often helps to gain immediate needs assessments so that early measures can be put in place for clients who have experienced significant trauma. This can include things such as counselling or specific therapies.
Sarah assisted the team in successfully representing a client at trial in a road traffic accident case where liability was disputed and has helped other clients, who are struggling financially, obtain interim payments.
Sarah obtained a first-class law degree from the University of Gloucestershire in 2019. She went on to complete her Bar Professional Training Course (Outstanding) in 2020, at BPP Bristol. She was called to the Bar in 2021 and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sarah set up a local mutual aid group to ensure that elderly and vulnerable residents were able to access food and support. She still manages the group on a day-to-day basis around her work and to date, they have undertaken over 150 shopping trips and 300 check-in-and-chat telephone calls! In her spare time, Sarah enjoys walking and training her two Labradors, Coal and Quinton.
