Sandra Waller studied Law at the Heart of Worcestershire College and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2000. Sandra later became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives in 2002.
Having worked in Law since 1996, Sandra has worked at a variety of law firms specialising in all aspects of Law relating to Family, Divorce and Children. She joined Tayntons in 2016.
With over 18 years experience, Sandra has strong advocacy skills and adopts a non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes whilst, at the same time, achieving positive results for her clients. She particularly enjoys dealing with financial matters within divorce and children matters.
Sandra has dealt with hundreds of cases, one in particular high profile case was where Sandra represented a client in a case concerning the removal of a child from the Court’s jurisdiction. The case went to the Court of Appeal (Re: H (Children) Residence Order: Condition)  EWCA Civ 1338,  2 1277 (Thorpe LJ, Astill J) where in a landmark decision it was decided that conditions can be attached to a Residence Order.
