Having worked in law since 1996, Sandra specialises in Family, Divorce and Children. Sandra works with her clients in an approachable and personable manner to address family-related issues from cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, divorce as well as resolving financial matters and arrangements for children following a relationship breakdown.
Sandra has strong advocacy skills and adopts a non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes whilst, at the same time, achieving positive results for her clients.
Her work has included a prominent case regarding the removal of a child from the Court’s jurisdiction. The case went to the Court of Appeal (Re: H (Children) Residence Order: Condition)  EWCA Civ 1338,  2 1277 (Thorpe LJ, Astill J) where in a landmark decision it was decided that conditions can be attached to a Residence Order
Sandra is a member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues constructively, and as such tries to assist clients to reach an amicable agreement but if this is not possible, she can represent clients at court.
Sandra Waller studied Law at the Heart of Worcestershire College and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2000. Sandra later became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives in 2002.
