Sammey has expertise in helping clients achieve their wishes in their Wills and also dealing with their estates. This can include drafting Wills to protect from care home fees, Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship applications.
Sammey understands the importance of balancing legal and practical requirements with the sensitivity of many of the matters she advises on and provides an empathetic and compassionate service. Approachable and sympathetic, Sammey always aims to provide clear advice, explaining any complexities to her clients.
Prior to joining Tayntons, Sammey worked at two different law firms in their private client departments.
Sammey successfully completed her degree in Law with Business in 2016 at the University of the West of England, and is now in the latter stages of completing her Master’s degree in Legal Practice at the same University.
