Michelle Mazelin-Browne joined Tayntons in 2020. She has over 17 years experience in Wills & Probate and specialises in the preparing and drafting of Wills, Lasting & Enduring Power of Attorneys, Administering Estates & Inheritance Tax.
She has worked in a variety of law firms gaining a wealth of understanding in relation to Wills and Probate and is particularly interested in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorneys, acting as a certificate provider for many of her clients.
Michelle began her career in law in Bath as a Trainee Legal Executive after studying the Cilex route in 2001 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2007. She moved to Gloucester in 2012 and studied for her LPC at UWE Bristol. Michelle qualified as a Solicitor in 2013.
Clients value Michelle’s proactive attitude and sympathetic approach to what can be a difficult and emotional experience. Making a Will can often be a daunting prospect for many people but Michelle aims to give the whole process a human touch, guiding her clients through the legal process with understanding and compassion.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She also runs a local music group for preschool children and their carers which she thoroughly enjoys.
