Martin Edden qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 after studying Law at Leicester University. He joined Tayntons in 1987 and was a partner in the firm until the end of 2008. Martin is now a consultant to the practice.
His legal work see him involved in a broad range of civil litigation claims including personal injury, inheritance cases, land and property disputes. He has a special interest in professional negligence.
With over 34 years of experience in litigation, Martin has a clear insight into the legal system which gives clients a realistic understanding of the way in which a court will approach a case, the process, and the costs likely to be involved.
