Laurence Lucas studied Law at Durham University and completed his Solicitors’ Final Examination at the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1985.
After first moving to Gloucester in 1985, Laurence has worked predominantly at Law firms in Cheltenham and Gloucester for the last 20 years.
With over 30 years of experience, Laurence specialises in Commercial Property work. He acts for a wide range of local, national and international clients and private investors.
As well as dealing with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, Laurence handles property finance and commercial/residential development work including overage agreements options and promotion agreements. He also deals with Landlord and Tenant matters, with particular emphasis upon lettings in the office, industrial and retail sectors.
Laurence has been recommended in leading directory, the Legal 500. He is a Governor at Denmark Road High School in Gloucester.
Outside the office, Laurence is a keen tennis player and he has wide-ranging interests including, in particular, wildlife and the arts.
