Laura can advise on all private client matters from how her client can best protect assets in their Wills for future generations, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning and Deputyship applications.
Laura prides herself on her calm and conscientious manner when helping her clients and ensures that any legal complexities are explained clearly and with an empathetic approach. She regularly conducts home visits for Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure that everyone has access to legal services.
Laura graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2015 and went on to study her Master’s degree in Legal Practice at the University of Law in Bristol. Laura is currently undertaking additional qualifications to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Having worked for regional law firms for three years before qualifying in 2019 as a private client solicitor, Laura joined Tayntons in 2020.
