Corey studied law at Bournemouth University before completing his Legal Practice Course at BPP law school in Cambridge. Corey initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive before qualifying as a solicitor in 2020.
Corey has worked in Personal Injury since 2015 and has gained a wealth of experience in supporting people with serious injuries to obtain the rehabilitation and financial redress they deserve. Corey strives to achieve justice for people who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own and prioritises treatment and rehabilitation above all else.
Corey represents serious and catastrophically injured clients including those who have suffered brain injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries, and serious orthopaedic injuries. Corey also represents bereaved families following the tragic death of their loved ones, to provide support through the coronial process and resulting civil claims and to fight for the answers the families need.
Recent cases Corey has worked on:
– Settled a Personal Injury claim for circa £600,000 following a successful 5-day liability trial in which liability was firmly denied.
– Acted for the family of a young man with a hypoxic brain injury claim who was a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. The claim settled for circa £11,000,000.
– Acted for the bereaved family a young woman who died in a road traffic collision and tragically left behind two young children. The claim settled for six figures and involved extremely difficult family dynamics.
– Settled an upper limb amputation claim for circa £900,000 where liability was firmly denied
In his spare time, Corey regularly plays football for a local forest team but also enjoys long walks in the forest with his dog
