“Caroline Gavin dealt with my house purchase. I found Caroline to be professional, efficient and friendly. A breath of fresh air in a world where customer service seems to be a mere afterthought. I would have no hesitation in using Caroline again or recommending to anyone.”
Caroline has worked in the property industry since the 1990s and started conveyancing in the Gloucestershire area in 2013. She takes pride in her high levels of communication with clients and other members of the chain process, using her negotiating skills to cut through the fog of it all for my clients.
Recognising that her work can make a huge difference to her clients at what can often be a tremendously stressful time, Caroline is extremely efficient and anticipates their needs. She is approachable and cuts through the jargon surrounding complex property deals, which is invaluable when offering advice and support, particularly for first-time buyers/sellers.
Caroline has a law degree from the University of Gloucestershire and a Level 6 Certificate in Law Criminal Litigation from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). She is also a partially accredited Police Station Representative.
