Martin joined Tayntons in 1987 and was a partner in the firm until the end of 2008. Martin is now a consultant to the practice. His legal work involves him in a broad range of civil litigation claims including personal injury, inheritance cases, land and property disputes. He has a special interest in professional negligence and is a member of the Law Society’s accredited personal injury panel.
With extensive experience in litigation, Martin has a clear insight into the legal system which gives clients a realistic understanding of the way in which a court will approach a case, the process and the costs likely to be involved.

The case involved forged signatures; remortgage and ‘sale and rent back’ companies, debt collectors and a police investigation.
