Maria is the firm’s practice manager and has been part of the Tayntons team since 2002. Her main areas of responsibility include HR strategy, performance enhancement, recruitment and staff training programmes.
She enjoys the variety and challenges of the role alongside her involvement in shaping the firm’s business strategy. Maria recently upgraded her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) membership to Chartered Status and she has also been involved in external company support projects, supplying pragmatic and hands-on HR advice when required.
