Jo joined Tayntons LLP as a solicitor in 1997. She is now head of the personal injury team and became a partner in 2011.
Specialising in all types of personal injury accident claims, including accidents at work, road traffic accidents as well as slip and trip accidents, Jo is an expert in her field.
She acts for a variety of clients that have suffered injuries as a result of an accident or illness dealing with consequences such as serious head injury, spinal injury, fractures and soft tissue injuries, like whiplash and back strains. Jo also specialises in the psychological consequences of an accident, including post truamatic stress disorder, phobic reactions and anxieties.
Jo also has substantial experience in clinical negligence claims.
Enjoying the mentoring side of the role in which she supports and develops more junior staff Jo also gains satisfaction from helping clients to receive compensation awards for the personal injuries they have suffered as a result of an accident.
She is also an Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) member.
