Jim has over twenty years’ experience in helping clients with the purchase of new build properties, working with an extensive range of developers including Westbury, Persimmon, Heron, Beazer, Second City, Bryant/Taylor Woodrow, Redrow, Kings Oak, Barratt, Belmont Homes, Charles Church and Lioncourt Homes. He also specialises in the handling of Affordable and Shared Ownership schemes, designed to encourage first time buyers on to the market.

“Some while ago I worked with Gloucester City Council to design a shared ownership scheme for the area. It was an incredibly intense project involving the drafting of contracts and leases for 46 properties and liaison with central and local government representatives.
