Ian recently joined Tayntons as our new Head of Employment. He has over 13 years' employment law experience and has advised individuals and businesses including start-ups and sole traders, large UK corporates, major multi-nationals, public sector bodies, company directors, and trade unions and has legal expertise in all employment related issues. With an MA in Industrial Relations from Warwick University and also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Ian also has a detailed knowledge of HR issues. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
Ian is happily married and is trying to teach his three young sons the basics of rugby, with mixed results!
