Jim Cook, our Conveyancing Property Partner and Solicitor successfully applied for Tayntons LLP to be appointed to the Conveyancing Panel of South West Homes.
South West Homes is the government appointed HomeBuy Agent for the South West, administered in partnership between Sovereign Housing Group and West Country Housing Association. The panel is a requirement of the Homes and Communities Agency.
This will enable Jim Cook at Tayntons LLP to deal with HomeBuy Direct, Kickstart, Kickstart (2), Key Worker Schemes and Shared Ownership Leases of all types. He is also currently dealing with Shared Ownership sales and has the capability to deal with mortgage rescue schemes and any other Shared Equity schemes.
