Tayntons LLP are committed to providing a positive client experience across all of its legal services. As part of this commitment, we’ve teamed up with iCustomerExperience, an independent market research and consultancy company who will be managing the online survey. This will help the firm to better understand the engagement is has with its clients.
A select group is being asked to take part in the online survey – it is not compulsory and any information provided will remain anonymous unless clients opt otherwise. The survey is intuitive; quick to complete and feedback will contribute to the publication of a regional Index which will allow a variety of organisations to benchmark their results against competitors and other industries.
As an added incentive, participants will be entered into a prize draw to receive a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher or dinner for two to the equivalent value at a restaurant of their choice. The draw will take place on Friday 30th April and the winner will be notified the same day.
Invitations will be made by email - to find out more, please visit www.iCustomerExperience.com
