Tayntons LLP expand their Employment Law Division

Tayntons LLP are delighted to welcome Philip McCabe to the team and specifically to the Employment Law Division where he will be greatly received by Head of Department, Helen Moore.
Prevously from a teaching background, law was not his first career; Philip was admitted as a solicitor in May 2005 having completed his training contract with Stone King Solicitors and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He joins Tayntons LLP from Wiltshire and Berkshire based Charles Lucas & Marshall. Philip will predominantly be acting for respondents in breach of contract, wrong/unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy claims and TUPE at Tayntons LLP.
Bath-based Philip is an avid writer, successfully submitting articles to Swindon Business News and Newbury Weekly News, Bath Chronicle and Bristol Evening News and will be taking an active interest in pursuing Marketing and Networking opportunities on behalf of Tayntons LLP.
