The client, a successful business owner had two feuding adult children who were unable to provide the impartial support that would be required of them. As the client’s death was sadly imminent, the team drafted an emergency Will within three days, which included the complexities of business ownership and the appointment of a Power of Attorney to deal with the financial aspects of the estate.
