The personal injury team at Tayntons has recently settled a case worth over £25,000 for a local client who had an accident on his first day as an agency worker. A large metal pole had fallen on him, causing a fracture to his leg which required an operation to secure the bone in place. Our solicitors argued that he had not been given sufficient training and so liability on behalf of the employer was admitted.
