About Communication
Staff value the openness of communication and the approachability of partners. There are a number of effective communication channels including the Focus Committee, department meetings, general staff meetings, the intranet and e-mail.
About Involvement
The Focus Committee provides an opportunity for everyone to discuss ways to improve the business and recently the Social Committee has been active in organising events that help to bring all teams together in a relaxed atmosphere.
About Training & Development
The Firm actively supports staff training & development with a number of staff taking qualifications such as AAT, NVQ and ILEX.
About managers
Staff believe they are valued and trusted by their managers to do their jobs effectively.
