About us
Tayntons opened for business on 17th November 1857 with a single solicitor, one office and possibly a quill pen or two. Today, we’re a thriving law firm operating from two city centre sites, managed by a team of partners who have seen periods of steady growth with achievement in some landmark cases.
We employ around 60 people and have helped hundreds of thousands of clients nationwide with a variety of legal needs. The way we work is shaped by our central belief in client commitment and all of our activities support that single thought. Our staff take part in regular training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of all levels and we’ve been awarded the excellence mark by the Law Society.
We make it our business to understand law and to guide our clients through the process. That’s probably why many of them choose to come back to us.
